Our Seller's Easy Flex Plan is designed to give Middle Tennessee Home Sellers more choice in the process of selling their home. You will receive all the exposure and support of a full service Realtor, while potentially keeping more money in your pocket.
Here is how it works:
A real estate agent from another Brokerage represents the Buyer. We market your home, negotiate on your behalf and handle all of the details of the sale for 3.0%. The buyer's agent / broker receives 3.0%.
We find the Buyer for your home and no other Realtor or Broker is involved. Our commission is just 5%.
You, the seller, find the buyer through a personal source (friend, co-worker, etc.) and another real estate Broker is not involved. We write the contract and coordinate the entire transaction from home inspections to buyer financing, and all the Settlement details. Our commission is reduced from 6.0% to 4.0%.
Our Easy Path Listing Guarantee
We guarantee that if you aren't completely satisfied with our services, you have the right to cancel our listing agreement with seven days written notice, except during active negotiations and pending contracts. It's just that easy! No hassles, no problems.
